What happens to items after they get picked up?
At Anchored Integrity Hauling, we prioritize responsible disposal. Whenever possible, we donate usable items, recycle materials, use local transfer stations to reduce landfill waste. We’re committed to keeping our community clean while minimizing environmental impact.
What happens if I go over my weight limit?
No problem — life happens. If your load exceeds the included weight, the additional cost is $70 per ton. We keep it straightforward and fair.
What items are NOT allowed in dumpster?
For safety and environmental reasons, the following items are not permitted:
1. Paints, Stains, Solvents (liquid forms)
2. Chemicals and cleaning agents
3. Pesticides or fertilizers
4. Asbestos containing materials
5. Medical or Biohazard Waste
6. Liquids of any kind including cooking oils, motor oils, gasoline
7. Propane tanks or pressurized containers
8. Tires
9. Automotive parts, engines, transmissions, etc..
10. Heavy Materials (concrete, brick, dirt, gravel) - May require prior approval and additional fees
11. Appliances containing refrigerants (freon, refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners) If you’re unsure about an item, just ask and we’ll guide you.
What size dumpster do I need?
We offer multiple sizes depending on your project:
15-yard: Great for small cleanouts, garage cleanups, and light remodeling
20-yard: Ideal for larger cleanouts, renovations, and bulky items

Will the dumpster damage my driveway?
No, our dumpsters are designed to be driveway-safe. We use rubber-wheeled trailers instead of traditional metal roll-offs, which are much gentler on driveways. We also take extra care during delivery and pickup to protect your property.
How long can I keep the dumpster?
We offer flexible rental options to fit your project needs. If you need additional time, No problem — additional days are just $25 per day
How does pricing work?
We believe in honest, upfront pricing — no hidden fees, ever. What you see is what you get. Each rental includes delivery, pickup, and a set weight allowance. If you need a little more time or exceed the included weight:
$70 per ton over the included weight
$25 per day for additional rental time
We keep everything simple and communicate every step of the way.
Do you offer full-service cleanouts?
Yes! In addition to dumpster rentals, we offer full-service junk removal and cleanouts. If you’d rather not do the heavy lifting, our team can handle everything for you — from loading to responsible disposal.
Do I need to be home for my delivery?
Nope! As long as you provide clear placement instructions when booking, you do not need to be home. We’ll place the dumpster exactly where you want it and handle everything from there.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, as well as cash. Payment is required in full prior to or at the time of delivery to secure your rental. Checks are only accepted for approved contractors or repeat customers with prior authorization.
